Meet Alisa

Alisa F. Best, Esq., LL.M. is an attorney and motivated by a deeply personal experience, her practice is focused in trust and estate administration, estate planning, and taxation.

Alisa brings a compassionate and dedicated approach to her practice, having faced the unexpected passing of her mother during her freshman year of college, by leveraging her own experiences to guide clients through the intricacies of trust and estate matters.

A native of Chesapeake, Alisa graduated from Liberty University with her Bachelors of Science in Law & Policy: Pre-Law with a minor in Psychology. She received her Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law. Demonstrating her passion for specialized knowledge, Alisa went on to further her education by obtaining a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.

She is admitted to practice law in Virgnia and North Carolina, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court.
